I’ve been the owner/operator of Drug Testing Solutions of Virginia since 2009 specializing in forensic drug and alcohol testing for child custody & criminal cases. I created this CLE training because I’ve seen too many court related testing mistakes (wrong test chosen, misrepresentation of the test results etc.) repeated over and over and I knew I could help. Attorney friends have told me they learned nothing about drug and alcohol testing while earning a Law Degree or studying to pass the Bar exam. Learning on the job, from others with no training, seems like a scary proposition to me. There simply hasn’t been enough educational coordination between the testing labs, drug testers and the judicial system, that’s about to change.

Years of studying the latest drug and alcohol testing research along with unlimited access to drug lab toxicologists combined with being an experienced drug test collector placed me in the perfect position to learn exactly what attorneys need to best serve their clients. The dozens of attorney questions from over the years also played a crucial role in shaping this training. The answers to those questions, and more, are now available through this CLE class.
