DRUGANDALCOHOLCLE.COM will honor requests for refunds for the following reasons:

Cancellation of the Class: DrugAndAlcoholCLE will notify you if a class is cancelled. Also, if you cancel with 4 or more days notice. You may either enroll in a future class (same year) or request a full refund of the course fees at that time. If the future class costs more, you will need to pay the price difference. If the future class costs less, no refund will be issued.

If you cancel with more than 24 hours but less than 4 days notice, a 50% partial refund will be given upon request or you may enroll in a future class (same year). If the future class costs more, you will need to pay the price difference. If the future class costs less, no refund will be issued.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice no refund will be given and you may take a future class (same year) and receive a $40 discount for that class.
